About Me

Hi, I’m MD Jihan Hossain, General Manager of Shokkhom Builders Ltd, a core company under the diversified Shokkhom Group Ltd. I'm currently pursuing my studies in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Green University of Bangladesh, and I’m deeply passionate about both real estate and technology.

At Shokkhom Builders Ltd, I’m responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations—from strategic planning and project execution to investor relations and corporate financial recovery. As General Manager of the group, I handle key activities across our subsidiaries including Shokkhom IT, Shokkhom Community Center, Shokkhom Chinese Restaurant, and Shokkhom TV under Shokkhom Multimedia Ltd. I ensure the corporate culture remains stable, deals are closed efficiently, and growth remains sustainable.

In addition to my executive role, I’m also an IT professional and engineer, which enables me to contribute directly to engineering plans, floor plan design, 3D modeling, and digital marketing strategy. Many of our real estate designs and marketing campaigns, including those on platforms like Meta (Facebook) and LinkedIn, are managed or developed by me. I also build and maintain the company’s websites and IT infrastructure personally.

My philosophy is: “Why rely on others when I can learn and do it myself?” While I may not be a master of every tool, I maintain a standard proficiency in all of them—enough to manage projects, guide my team, and deliver professional-grade outcomes efficiently.

Interests & Passion

I deeply enjoy building products and solutions from scratch. I’m particularly passionate about blending Real Estate and Technology to create innovative approaches that solve real-world challenges. My strength lies in never saying “I can’t” to any challenge. Whether it’s a technical task or a business deal, I always try to stay hands-on and take ownership of results.
